Save the Date: Public Teaching Sessions

In engaging with the world around us to lay the foundations for learning together and co-creating spaces, networks, and communities of belonging and support–the SoC programme aims to promote a broad, integrative understanding of knowledge, heavily defined by our community. Through experimentation, dialogue and process, we focus on matters surrounding the production and mediation of knowledge with a focus on self-organized practices and methods for knowledge decentralization.

Over the past months, the SoC 2023 cohort has been working in four focus groups, on topics ranging from arts and technology to innovative forms of education. As part of our Autumn programming, the participants will share their findings, ways and workings with the wider public. To expand and deepen their research, they have selected a guest lecturer who will be contributing to sessions.

We are excited to host media artist, Bjørn Melhus to talk about his recent work and visual artist, Pendar Nabipour to talk about collective decision-making processes.
