Shusha is an artist, researcher and teacher in the field of digital culture and media arts. She conceived and led mediation as aesthetic practice for HEK (Haus der Elektronischen Künste Basel) for over 7 years. She is a lecturer in contemporary netcultures at the F+F School of Art and Design Zurich and has done research on digital aesthetic practices and the commons (Creating Commons, 2017-2019, IFCAR ZHDK). She is currently working on her PHD on user practice as a cultural form as part of the research project Latent Spaces - Performing Ambiguous Data (IFCAR, ZHDK).
